Motivational Speaker and combat veteran Redmond Ramos accepts the 2017 "If Not Me Then Who Award" from Travis Manion Foundation in The Union League in Philidelphia.

The 6th Annual "If Not Me, Then Who..." Gala, hosted by the Travis Manion Foundation at the Union League of Philadelphia, saw Navy veteran Redmond Ramos presented with the 2017 "If Not Me, The Who..." Award.
